While you are the heart and soul of your business, your business plan is your mind.  Business owners, whether just starting out or in business for years, need a road map to keep their business on the right track and a business plan will do that for you.  We will discuss the imprtance of a strong overall plan as well as the executive summary, management and organization of your business, products/services and marketing your business, and then learn how to put it in writing in a strong, cohesive format to ensure your success.

Cost is $50. Scholarships are available for qualified clients.
