QuickBooks for Small Business, Part 1

OK, you’ve made the big decision to purchase accounting software.  Now,  you go to the office supply store, purchase a box that looks like it meets your needs, bring it home and open it with enthusiasm—only to find a CD and a pamphlet.  The box said it is supposed to be easy to use and, now, you barely know where to start.  Or maybe you have been running QuickBooks for a while just doing payroll and your accounts payable checks and you want to find out what else QuickBooks can do for you.  This class that will provide a basic overview of all aspects of this software program including all of the “centers”, the chart of accounts, how to set your preferences to meet your needs, what “items” are, how to let the software help you compute your sales tax, plus many other topics.

Cost is $50. Scholarships are available for qualified clients.
